Illegal spamming make legal senseDon't ask ME why but somewhere hidden in all the legal jargon and secrets there is something that makes illegal spamming pretty acceptable up to such degree that it can even be regarded as legal sense to spam people.
Rather ask Jonathan Leonard, Clientele Life's Legal Sense Channel Director.
For some reason behind my understanding big companies like Clientele Life either regard themselves as above the law or otherwise there is really something that we ordinary folks don't know that makes is pretty legal sense to send spam.
How anyone, let alone a big company, can try to promote a "Legal Sense†program via illegal spamming is beyond my understanding and since several faxes to Clientele Life Head Office was just ignored maybe some clever legal expert can tell us what is what.
My questions are relative simply.
a) Does it make legal sense to send illegal spam?
b) Is a big company above the law?
Receiving several spam from a company like Clientele Life, that warns members of their ailing IFA Scheme that they don't tolerate any spamming, is not something that I can accept very easily.
Total ignorance of the dozen or more complaints by Clientele Life also don't looks very good and one can just wonder whether Clientele Life become so desperate that they throw anything aboard or not.
Reporting them to their ISP, host4africa.com don't seems to help either as ISP's like that usually turned a blind eye on spammers in order to earn some extra buck or two.
