Monday 1st December A translux bus catches fire in Adderley Street central Cape Town.
The double decker bus was on it's way from Johannesburg to Cape Town, when it caught fire. All the passangers were rescued and some of the luggage. The bus was completely gutted.
Wednesday 3rd December
A mechanical horse (truck) pulling a container trailer, catches fire on the N1 freeway, heading towards Cape Town. this happened at about 18H40 at the Durban Road off/on ramp.
Bt the time the fire department arrived, the horse was completely engulfed in flames. No one was injured.
