The Pavilion Conference Centre embodies style and sophistication. Whether you have a board meeting to plan or are hosting a large seminar, the 5 superbly designed conference rooms comfortably accommodate delegates in various seating configurations.

The Pavilion Room:
Our flagship Pavilion Room boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic, which never fail to impress. It has a large balcony all along the western see-facing perimeter and is suitable for events ranging from formal corporate presentations and workshops to weddings. Three phase power, electric curtains, individual controlled, dimmable banks of lights and basic audio visual equipment are all part of the package. Outside the room is a large foyer area suitable for erecting displays, registration areas and service points for catering. The awesome Pavilion Room is one of the most sought after rooms in Cape Town.

The Millennium Room:
Three fourths of the Millenniums perimeter is glass. Natural light can be blocked out by thick drapes, or they can be opened to create a fish bowl feel. A Mountain facing balcony accessible through large sliding doors enables delegates to enjoy break time refreshments "Al Fresco" should they prefer. The L - shape of the room provide an area suitable for displays and branding opportunities.

Room 3 - Boardroom:
A glass boardroom table with designer furnishings and a magnificent view. The room offers access to a sea-facing balcony and is suitable for board meetings and small dinner parties. The room is very popular amongst film production companies for still shoots and is bound to impress any clients you which to entertain.

Rooms 5 and 7:
Inter leading rooms with a soundproof partitioning. Open onto a large sea-facing balcony almost as large as the rooms themselves, so providing a magnificent entertainment area. Blinds can be used to block out the sharp light from the beautiful Table Bay sunsets.

All the auxiliary services you would expect from an international conference venue are available through The Pavilion. Our staff will gladly assist you with all your needs including venue and seating, audio-visual equipment, floral arrangements, menu requirements, decor, lighting, sound and any additional services you might require. You can easily host your event at The Pavilion.
